New Rome (formerly Newton City, Latin: Nova Roma) is the Capital City of the Empire of Jakania, making up most of the Hazel State. It was established on March 2nd, 2013, and was not acknowledged as a proper city by the Emperor until April 10th, 2013, New Rome is where the Emperor of Jakania lives and is the base of operations for the micronation.
