Khenarc Claness was an Andorian Starfleet officer in service in the 23rd century, notable for serving on the USS Eagle. He was the scion of a prominent family in the Andorian mining industry, who turned down a high-ranking position in his family's business to join Starfleet, a decision his family was not happy with. He was a very talented pilot, "able to fly anything from a Tishartin-class freighter to a Constitution-class starship. He's even won several Starfleet piloting competitions, and is skilled with ships weapons.
