The Star City Police Department also known as the SCPD is the police department of Star City. They are also a New Police Department having been just created by being renamed from their old name of Starling City Police Department. One of their current and most wanted persons of interest for them in the cities vigilante Green Arrow. The SCPD have a very uneasy relationship with the vigilante because he is wanted by some in the Department yet at the same time he has helped the Department stop a lot criminals in the city even if they are not a fan of his method of stopping crime.
