Carmenere was an earthsoul genasi and a priestess of Selûne. She was the niece of Queen Arathane and was formerly a close friend of the rogue Riltana. Carmenere aided Demascus in destroying the Cult of the Elder Elemental Eye. She later took a post as a diplomat to High Imaskar.
