The Sargesso asteroids was a cluster of asteroids in the Sargesso system. Meeko Ghintee once lured a Galactic Republic Tri-Mark VII Interceptor into an ambush in these asteroids, where he disabled it and killed its occupants by destroying the life-support systems. Meeko kept this ship, calling it the Longshot.
