Tou Mu was a Yama Queen, the Iron Empress of the Hell of Being Skinned Alive. She wore a terrifying metal mask and gloves adorned with metal talons to protect herself from the scourging winds of her realm. She controled a vast army of the dead, and particularly enjoyed torturing the Kuei-Jin, as she was a great enemy of the Wan Xian.
