Andy Frank is a young boy from Alabama who is first introduced in [[:w:c:imagecomics:|Angela #3]], and reprises his role in [[:w:c:imagecomics:|Spawn #29]]. After Spawn|Spawn's battle in Heaven and in Hell, he is severely weakened, and Andy does his best to help. Andy's father, Joe Frank, beats him often, but he has his older brother, Eddie Frank, to stick up for him.
