Salovan Vesal, nicknamed Sal was a smuggler captain, gunslinger and Republic operative during the Cold War. A top-notch shot and a brilliant pilot, Sal was well-liked among the smuggler community, and was also a known asset to the Republic, as many of his pirate attacks were on Imperial space convoys.
