Dragonite ore can be obtained through the mining skill in the Dragonkin Dungeon by mining a Dragonite rock. Dragonite ore can be mined with a Mining level of 100 or higher, and provides 175 Mining experience. It can be smelted with 10 heaps of Coal through the Smithing skill to form a Dragon bar, which can then be smithed into various Dragon weapons and armor. Mining Dragonite ore is exceptionally profitable. Dragonite miners are few in numbers, due to the difficult quest requirements to get to them and the high mining level requirement. Dragonite ore takes 30-60 minutes to respawn, so world hopping is an absolute neccesity.
