Anti-Aircaft turret is a build pad unit only effective for Air units which can even disrupt and neutralise bombing runs. It is very vulnerable to ground units of all kind, if left unattended. If actively commanded by the player, however, the anti-aircraft turret is a lethal tool of destruction: frighteningly effective against buildings, long-ranged, and with an area of effect. It can suppress infantry units before they can come in range to fire.
