Billy Boyle (born 24th February, 1945 in Dublin) is an Irish actor who appeared on Coronation Street as Father Maguire, conducting the funeral service of Liam Connor at St. Christopher's Church in October 2008. His other TV and film credits include roles in Jackanory, Groupie Girl, Barry Lyndon, The Professionals, The Scarlet and the Black, Wild Geese II, The Bretts, EastEnders, Father Ted, Holby City, Doctors, The Bill, Dirk Gently, Into the Woods and The Borgias.
