Nioki (pronounced nee-OH-kee) was a yaskedasu working as a tumbler in Tharios' pleasure district Khapik. She was the first victim of The Ghost. In Dema's dream about the victims of the serial killer, Nioki says that her murderer dumped her in an alley like trash. She hasn't appeared in any of the novels but has only been mentioned in Shatterglass.
