Like many pursuit groups of the late 23rd century, the Thirteenth Pursuit Group was comprised of 12 Scorpio-class corvettes in three flights of four ships each. In the FASA continuity, pursuit groups seem to be a counterpart to perimeter action groups in other continuities.
