Gavriela Adel is an agent with the CIA who appears to have some history with NCIS Special Agents Timothy McGee and Anthony DiNozzo. She calls McGee by his first name, "Timmy" but seems to dislike DiNozzo, calling him Special Agent DiNozzo.
