Bondari is a male halfling who got turned to stone while fighting sentinels, along with his companions Nanoc and Tim. In Baldur's Gate II, you will find Bondari and his companions in stone in Abazigal's Lair. You can use a stone to flesh scroll on them to get the Scroll of Reversal needed to free Fil'Yissetat from Abazigal's control.
