Lao Ma, Ruler of the Lao Dynasty was a recurring character on Xena: Warrior Princess. She was the wife of the Emperor of the Lao Dynasty, Lao Tzu. He was very ill and so he was kept in a coma by her with the use of pressure points. Lao Ma secretly ruled the Dynasty, allowing her incapable husband of taking all the credit. She was played by Jacqueline Kim.
