The Hungry Ogre, referred to only as Ogre in game is found near his campfire in the Area North of Gnoll Stronghold at co-ordinates 400, 920. He starts off friendly, but promises to give you a good fight once he's done eating. But if you insist (i.e. talk to him again) he agrees to fight you right away. Other than the dialog, he's a normal, garden-variety ogre.
