The Mutineer Quartermaster is a Vendor NPC only available during the Tides of War summer event. Only accessible for villain characters, the Quartermaster sells pieces of the Atlantean Warsuit and Fisherman armor sets as well as unique Trinkets that allow the player to summon a unique Atlantean pet to battle.
