Lord Marshal Brogan is found on the second floor of the Officer Tower. He offers his services to players whose rank is 300+. He sells the Lord Marshal Outfit, Superior locator, and Quest kit (elite). His spoils rewards are either of higher level/value than those of War-chief Reeves or are the same reward but with a greater quantity. Certain spoil rewards include coal, maple logs, steel bars, toadflax seeds, etc. He is also able to enchant onyx, archer's, seer's, berserker and warrior rings for players.
