Emily moves back to the Rovers. Dickie has flu, Audrey considers getting his mother to look after him. Dave agrees to drop Minnie's debt because of Ena's threat. He gives her a wad of notes to keep quiet. Ena discovers Minnie has disappeared leaving a note asking her to look after Sunny Jim. Annie approves of Gordon now he is an accountant. Ena returns the money to Dave and tells him Minnie has disappeared.
