Shazam Wil-Wheaton Dowden-Patel is the offspring of Mike Dowden and Tamara Patel. He was born in November 2007. Mike thought his middle name was supposed to be "Joss-Whedon", but Tamara chose "Wil-Wheaton," to Mike's consternation.[1] The hyphens are the source of his powers.[2]
