The GRG121EX features two humbucking pickups and a hard-tail bridge. The GRG121EX is sold as a part of the GRG121EXJ Jumpstart package as a 2009 limited edition model in the EU. It is also part of the IJX121 Jumpstart package solid in the USA. Both packages contain a practice amp, gig bag, cable, strap and various accessories in addition to the guitar. It is similar to the GRG121 but features covered pickups. The GRG121DX is a similar model with sharktooth inlays.
