Chieko Higuchi (樋口智恵子, Higuchi Chieko) is a Japanese voice actress who was born on January 30, 1981 in Mitaka, Tokyo. She began working as a child actress on stage. She is 154cm tall and is bloodtype B. She is best known for the role of Tomo Takino from Azumanga Daioh.
