These Civilians live in Gerhardt City. Some civilians continue their daily lifestyle routines unless an explosion or gunfire startles them, in which they will run off. Some civilians can be seen escaping from Rebel forces. If the player destroys a building within the city, Civilians may humorously react to their residence being destroyed or the dead bodies of civilians will be revealed.
