Yukimura is an idiot he is easily tricked outside of combat and takes phrases with double meaning the wrong way despite being obvious. He also can't tell sarcasm in anyway, but he is very loyal and perceptive despite not knowing the meaning of what he sees at the time. His loyalty is paramount is the fact he is constantly seen at his friend Shigure whom he has followed since she saved him during a bad bounty that they both had. He is also very serious in combat using his giant blade with full convition and heart.
