Kame hame hame ho was an attack invented by Kami himself. Goku learned it during his three years training before the 23rd World Martial Artw Tournament. It's a technique that involves the user shooting a ki beam out of the user's left hand only. The ki beam is yellow. It was made for nonlethal use.
