Celtic Charms is a cereal that is a parody of Lucky Charms cereal. Bart says "Oh, if I'm gonna get through this day, I better Irish up my coffee " and then pours some Celtic Charms in his coffee cup. At another time, Bart also says he will Irish up Ms. Krabappel's coffee to make her more fun but that time he does it up with liquor.
