Following the Pia is Missing quest, Pia may present the Princess with a gift. Depending on the nature of their relationship, going as far back as Lesson 4, it could be the Friendship or the Love ring. If Pia presents the Princess with a present it will be the Love Ring when they are in a relationship and the Friendship Ring otherwise.
