Nick Kerry is a drug dealer who took undercover NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo and DiNozzo's girlfriend, Jeanne Benoit, a doctor at Monroe University Hospital hostage in the morgue after Devon Watson, the man who had been carrying drugs for Nick and Devon's sister died. Nick was desperate to get the drugs removed form Devon's body while Bernie was going through withdrawal and as such, the two attempted to get to the morgue but were forced to change their plans to avoid alerting hospital security. It's presumed that Nick and Bernie were both eventually arrested and jailed.
