Victor Two is a Black Ops that was assigned to Victor Company and is also the most mentioned in Resistance 2. He appears to be Victor company's leader as Victor One previously died allowing Two to be his successor; furthermore, in Chicago whenever Victor Two radios in, he speaks for the whole Company.
