The Defense of Écparz occurred when the Galactic Empire responded to the takeover of the Écpe system by Rebel Group MT50. During the battle, the exterior of the Rebel-controlled base on Écparz was damaged so severely that Admiral Kiez believed the entire structure was destroyed.
