Andrew Lancel, born 3 August, 1970 in Rufford, Lancashire. He is an English actor who played DI Neil Manson in The Bill between 2003 and 2010. Upon the cancellation of the show he appeared as villain Frank Foster in the soap opera Coronation Street between 2011 and 2012, a role which he was also well known for. In 2013 he was accused of sexual assault but the charges were dropped.
