The Pie of Ineluctable Flatulence is a unique food item in Fable III that can only be found during the quest The Game. Once the quest has started and the Hero has been transported to Lightwater Village, the Pie of Ineluctable Flatulence can be found just beyond Arturo the gatekeeper, in a yard to the right of the path. Eating the pie will restore a large amount of health, but will make the Hero put on weight.
