Captain Janet Draper was a United States Army officer who served as the Adjutant to Major General Thomas Callahan, Commanding General, Fort Evanston Army Hospital in Maryland. Captain Draper had previously served in the first Gulf War. Her service medals included the Southwest Asia Service Medal and the Army Achievement Medal.
