The Battle of Waldragos occurred in 111 ABY when the Golden Empire conquered Waldragos and its native Fyaar in a pitched battle over several weeks. Having arrived at Waldragos, Queen Rin Sakaros contacted the Fyaar and attempted, through interpreter droids busily trying to decipher the Fyaar languages, to persuade the Fyaar to pledge their world to her Empire. The Fyaar refused, being cautiously open to trade but not actual membership. Rin gave them an ultimatum to surrender or be conquered, but the Fyaar readied themselves for battle.
