The Ithalua is the most unusual of the T2 cruisers. Having the lowest HP of any cruiser (albeit only just) and possessing no direct fire weaponry at all, it is virtually helpless against other naval units. However it is armed with two extremely powerful AA weapons, with a combined DPS of 624 against air units, making it possibly the best AA unit in the game and rendering it (and any ships it is accompanying) all but immune to air attack.
