Herich Stimmlur was the chief of the Bureau of Sinyan Intelligence during the Cruentusian War. He was put in charge of overseeing the suppression of Sinyan Imperium's political enemies and was noted for his cruelty towards prisoners, often torturing them as entertainment. Later, during the conflict between the Taung Confederacy and the Sinyan Imperium, Stimmlur was put in charge of the trap being set up on Axra Prime. Although the trap was successful in killing many Taung, Stimmlur had also left many Sinyans to die on the planet. When the Imperium joined the United Coalition of Worlds, Stimmlur defected to the Necasian Military and became an agent in the Necasian Purge Squad. He lead the investigation into the events on AMC-421 but eventually decided to shut off the colony's life support,
