The interceptor is a fast and reliable unit against fighters, created by the ecliptic military during it's early years in the war it's main purpose was driving off RED-ARMS anti-capital fighters which were developed before the interceptor was created the initial ecliptic military had created the interceptor to retaliate against the RED-ARMS Bombers and it's service proves successful driving up ship rates dramatically.
