Owen comes from a musical background; his father was in the group Starland Vocal Band, whose hit "Afternoon Delight" which earned two Grammy Awards. His mother had a restaurant called Starland Cafe that hosted live music which inspired Owen to pursue the music path. Owen currently resides in New York City with his girlfriend and is working on his music career.
