Neil Penman of Titahi Bay is a renowned photographer. In 2000 he created an exhibition at Pataka showing hundreds of photos of the winding-down of Todd Park, then in 2006 he published a book of them (including a detailed history of the Todd family and the business: "The University on the Hill" (The Penmanship Press).
