Smedley is a minor character in The Mask: The Animated Series. He's the nerdy assistant for Mayor Tilton who appeared in two episodes. Smedley's appearance changes between his first appearance in Goin' for the Green and Flight as a Feather. He had blonde hair, clear glasses and a white vest in his first appearance then a brown suit jacket, blue vest, black shirt, brown hair and black glasses.
