This Quest is started by talking to Walter after the quest Walter needs a break has been completed. Walter wants you to find 15 tool bags. Walter thinks gnomes may have stolen scrap metal from the farms. Supplying this to Walter would give him the metal he needs. * Kill gnomes to obtain these tool bags ( You could find about 5 of them near Gyrger, 4 of them after crossing the bridge near Stan and the Talon Moths, and 1 of them is located in a campfire with gnomes near Rudolf's men, about 3 of them in the East coast, actually there are over 20 tool bags in the island.) * Return to Walter for a reward of 3 steel blanks (One handed sword Steel blank, Bastard sword Steel blank, Two-handed sword Steel blank) and 300 Gold coins
