He is the spoiled son of Mr. Tyler, and he meets Michelangelo when he is pretending to be a toy and gets carried off to the Tyler estate for him. Kevin Tyler wears a suit in the episode, and has a lot of toys, but never had many friends. Later he overhears Weazell's assistants taking about stealing the Tyranno-toys and finishing off "that turtle". Michelangelo and Kevin try to escape from Weazell's assistants. Kevin and Michelangelo help the Ninja Turtles fight the robots and Weazell's goons and capture Weazell and his goons, stopping him from going through with his plan.
