Imperial Ships & Services was a branch within the Galactic Empire that dealt with inspecting various ships and space stations and giving a grade for functionality. The Crew chief Oxenbrigg, in his essay Deep Space Hazards: Vacuum-based Wildlife in the Imperial Handbook: A Commander's Guide, the official field manual for the Imperial Military, cited that docking at any space station that was unrated by Imperial Ships & Services was most likely to have a mynock infestation and thus place Imperial vessels at risk.
