Caspolich's debut came in 1957, when he competed at Darlington. Starting 16th in the field of fifty, Caspolich crashed out of the race just a few laps in to finish a disappointing 37th. Caspolich then made his next start in 1959, returning to Darlington. This time he had a much better go of it, falling twenty-two laps down but still driving to a solid 13th place finish. Caspolich's final career race came in 1961, when he made his return to Darlington. But this time would prove to be a struggle for the driver, starting 22nd finishing 37th after the rear end gear gave out.
