Dark Wound was a Dark Side-related attack, and was said to be the "signature" of Qrioyu. Cast on an open wound it can start a "burning effect" of dark side energy that will melt through the entire body, unless the user was connected to some kind of force energy. It had been found that there was no possible way to stop this from destroying the injured being without breaking the Force connection. It was almost impossible to contain it.
