Whip Creamer II is a Hot Wheels casting that was designed by Alec Tam that debuted in the 2003 Hot Wheels line as a First Edition. Alec designed the Whip Creamer II as a tribute to his father, Paul Tam, who designed the original Whip Creamer casting for Hot Wheels back in 1970. The Whip Creamer II has a sliding roof.
