Ivor "Jest Ye Not Madam" Biggun (played by Geoffrey McGivern) was a politician who participated in the Dunny-on-the-Wold by-election in Dish and Dishonesty, standing for the Standing at the Back Dressed Stupidly and Looking Stupid Party (an early frivolous party and possibly a parody of the Official Monster Raving Loony Party).
