The Fishsionary is the antagonist in Fishy Business. She is a purple female fish who tricked the 3 Sea Judges and the Octopus into arresting the Bagges for crimes against fish, while she lived in the Bagge Farmhouse, watching television and indulging in other "non-civilized behavior". She was later arrested and sentenced to The Bowl to be "re-civilized".
