Dartan Moss was a reporter for the Alliance Times Network which covered news events for the Galactic Alliance. He reported mainly political events and covered the session of many planets from the Alliance. He later was hired by Commonwealth Holonetwork and moved to the Common Welfare Confederacy where he continues to serve as a reporter.
